The prospector that never takes a week off.
Scout runs standing prospecting jobs on a schedule. It finds candidates, scores them against your rubric, syncs the ones that qualify to your CRM, and sends you a weekly digest — with a first-draft opener for each person. Nothing goes to a prospect.
How Scout works.
1
Define the job
Who you are looking for, and the rubric that makes someone qualified: role, company type, region, the signals that matter to what you sell.
2
Set the cadence
Scout runs the job on schedule. Every run is logged — candidates found, how many are new, how many qualified, how many synced.
3
Read the digest
Once a week, one email: each qualified contact with their profile link, a link to their CRM record, and a recommended opener you can edit or ignore.

Scheduled, or right now.
Scout is for the searches you want running every week without thinking about them. When you need a list today, ask Sage in the Console — “X roles at Y in Z” — and get candidates back in minutes. Same knowledge base, same CRM, same rules.

The rules Scout follows
It finds. You decide.
- It doesn’t send. Scout recommends an opener. Whether it ever goes out is your call.
- It keeps your CRM clean. Only contacts that meet your rubric are synced; everything else stays out.
- It says when it doesn’t know enough. When a contact’s public data is too thin for a personal opener, Scout tells you so instead of writing a generic one. Add their bio to the CRM record and it drafts again.
