FOR MSSPs & CYBERSECURITY SERVICES FIRMS
You protect your clients better than you win them.
Security firms run disciplined operations for everyone but themselves. The monitoring is continuous, the documentation is current, the reviews happen on schedule — and the pipeline is whatever the founder got to between client escalations.
The cobbler’s children.
You sell rigor. Continuous monitoring, documented process, nothing left to memory. Then your own go-to-market runs on exactly the thing you tell clients not to rely on: a person remembering to do it.
Outreach happens when the delivery queue is quiet. Follow-up depends on whether last week was a bad week. The CRM records what someone got around to typing. Renewals surface late because nobody was watching the calendar the way you watch a client’s perimeter.
It isn’t a discipline problem. It’s that the revenue side never got the same instrumentation the delivery side did.
Why you can’t just buy an AI SDR.
Every autonomous outbound tool in this category is multi-tenant SaaS. To use one, you upload your prospect list — which for you is a list of organizations that have told you about their security posture — into a vendor’s shared cloud, and you route your conversations through their models.
Run that through your own client questionnaire. You would not accept the answers from a vendor you were assessing. Some of you have client agreements that make it a straightforward no.
So the choice has been: use the tools and quietly accept an exposure you’d flag in anyone else’s environment, or keep doing go-to-market by hand. Most firms pick by hand — and then wonder why the pipeline is lumpy.
It runs inside your perimeter.
Kinetic Tricks deploys to infrastructure you control. Not a tenant in our cloud with a data-residency toggle — your own server, your own environment, already covered by the review you’ve already done.
- Dedicated deployment. No shared multi-tenancy. Your instance is yours — the full stack (agents, CRM, knowledge base, lead capture) on a VPS you own.
- Your prospect and client data never leaves. Contact records, account research, and conversation history stay in your environment.
- You choose the model provider and hold the keys. Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, or fully local via Ollama. You supply the credentials and pay the provider directly — so you decide what inference sees, and you can keep it entirely on-prem if that’s the requirement.
- Source-code visibility under the evaluation agreement. You can read what it does before you run it.
- Nothing sends without human approval. Architectural, not a configuration flag. No autonomous agent is emailing your market under your domain.
What it does once it’s running.
Two agents, both drafting for your approval. Sage researches prospects overnight, drafts outreach and follow-ups, captures contacts and accounts out of your email and calendar, flags deals that have gone quiet, and delivers a brief each morning with what changed and what needs you. Aria proposes campaigns, drafts the content, runs the drip sequences, and tracks leads through to pipeline.
The interface is email. There is no console to learn and no dashboard to maintain — which matters when the people who need to use it are already carrying a delivery load.

Security firms already run it.
CyberSearch and Shambliss Guardian both run Kinetic Tricks for their own go-to-market — on their own infrastructure, with their own model keys. They were not looking for a marketing tool. They were looking for something they could deploy without failing their own standard.
The platform also runs the go-to-market for seven brands across three organizations, including both of the software companies its founder operates. Every feature exists because a real revenue motion needed it.
What it costs.
$5,000 one-time activation, then $2,500 per sales user per month, month-to-month. One user for a full year is $35,000, plus your own hosting and model usage at cost. Brands are unlimited inside a user’s workspace — useful if you operate under more than one name.
Compare that against the four roles it covers — SDR, sales ops, social, marketing — which run roughly $645,000 fully loaded in year one.
Two things we won’t claim.
- We don’t hold a compliance certification. What we offer is architectural: the deployment is yours, the keys are yours, the data stays in your environment. If your client contracts require a certified vendor, that’s a real constraint and we’ll say so rather than talk around it.
- It won’t fix a positioning problem. If prospects can’t tell you apart from the MSSP down the road, running outreach more consistently will only establish that faster. The tool executes a go-to-market; it doesn’t invent one.
Fifteen minutes, and bring your hard questions.
You’ll want to know where it runs, what touches the model, and what happens to your client data. Those are the right questions and they have direct answers. No deck, no prep.
