Every few days there’s a new model, a new tool, a new thing you supposedly can’t live without. Some of it genuinely changes how you work. Most of it is noise dressed up as urgency. The hard part was never finding the technology — it’s knowing which of it earns your time.
I’m Shawn Ennis. I build software and run companies that live or die on getting this right, so I have no patience for hype. Each episode I sit down with someone who knows a corner of this world cold — a doctor on AI in medicine, a builder on the tools that actually ship, an operator who’s already tried the thing you’re wondering about — and we get into it. What works, what’s overhyped, and where the real edge is. Honest, evidence-based, and occasionally heated. Never an infomercial.
